How to fix gmail email in my BB

I use GMAIL in my BB. But somehow when I send email (from my device BB) to my self, there are no email coming to my device (BB), but on Gmail web I receive it.
And also if I send email from web gmail, there are no email coming to my BB, but on Gmail web I receive it also.
Please help.
